Rosie (A133822) is a 1-year-and-6-month-old Akita x Chow Chow mix who weighed 66 pounds on intake! 10/16/24 This beautiful girl is Rosie! Rosie was surrendered to the shelter and looking for her new home! She was described as a shy but friendly dog who is quite affectionate once familiar with you! She was said to do great with babies, children, and adults but can be wary of strangers. Rosie has a great foundation work with her training and was said to be kennel trained, housebroken, and to generally mind well. However, she is still eager to learn! She was also said to do great in cars! She is a young dog looking for an owner who will be able to keep her both mentally and physically stimulated. Rosie was also said to do well with other dogs but has no history with cats, pocket pets, or livestock. Please ensure you are making appropriate introductions with all new animals.
