American Pit Bull Terrier-Dachshund Mix Dog for Adoption in San Diego, California, 92804 USNickname: Willy the Puppy Dog Breed: Pit Bull Terrier / Dachshund / Mixed. Foster or Forever Home Wanted: Meet Willy the Puppy!!! Willy recently found himself as a stray at a local shelter. Sadly he had demodex mange (a non-contagious form of mange treated with flea protection and medical baths) and was quickly listed for euthanasia as a result. Willy is now safe with us and getting the medical treatment he needs to resolve his skin issue. Willy is what we call a Lowrider. Presumed to be a pit and doxie mix Willy is about 8 months old and 20 pounds. We don’t expect him to grow in to a big dog. He’ll likely top out at 30-40 pounds max. Willy is a happy, healthy, dog and people friend puppy looking for a family that understands puppies are a bit of work but rewarding. Willy is sweet as pie and loves everyone, especially if you come with belly rubs.
