He enjoys playing with toys both by himself and with others. He also enjoys playing outside and cuddling inside. Cooper likes the company of people and other dogs equally. Once outside, he prefers to play first before exploring or getting down to business. He enjoys treats and is easy to motivate. Cooper likes puzzles and quickly learns new tricks. He also wants to be part of the action in the house. Cooper’s prior owner reported that he disliked bigger dogs and bulldogs. However, his foster said he reads dogs very well. If their cats run, Cooper will give chase; however, he likes cats, so dog-savvy cats will do fine with him. When his fosters leave, he takes a little bit to settle down because he wants to be with his people. Cooper also reads people well, and therefore is intuitive with how to behave with them.
