She takes delight in exploring the world around her and is the perfect companion for leisurely strolls or invigorating hikes.Despite her loving and playful personality, Bailey's journey hasn't always been smooth sailing. She found herself at HSW after her previous owner, who cared for her deeply, faced circumstances that made it impossible to continue providing the care Bailey deserved.Now, Bailey eagerly awaits her chance to find a forever family who will cherish and embrace her. The ideal home for Bailey would be a small family, understanding and patient, willing to offer her the time and space she needs to feel secure and loved.At the shelter, Bailey has shown that she gets along well with most dogs, and the presence of a canine companion brings her immense happiness. A loving and supportive household will undoubtedly bring out the best in Bailey, ensuring she blooms into the confident and happy dog she truly is.Adoption processWe request a donation of $275 for dogs, $450 for puppies, $125 for cats, and $150 for kittens. The adoption donation is put towards the cost of feeding, spaying or neutering, de-worming, testing, vet care and vaccinating your new pet. All pets are microchipped.Shelter locationWe are located at 2489 Albany Post Rd. Walden, NY 12586 We are open 7 days a week from 12am-4pm. We have many wonderful animals for adoption. We also have cats available for adoption at the Middletown and Monroe Petsmarts.
