Hello! My name is Balto, Im a 4 year old husky mix that weighs about 80 lbs. I am super lovable, get along with dogs and cats and am crate and house trained. I also received basic obedience training from Serenity K9 (which comes with lifetime support!) so I walk very well on a leash and know the commands sit, down, and this great command called place. I am up to date on shots, and heartworm negative! I am rather tall so I can jump short fences so 5-6 foot fences would be best for me! Im not a big fan of kids. I dont know if I am weirded out by a human that is my size or if their energy makes me a little nervous, but these nice ladies in the rescue have told me Im not allowed to go to a home with children under 10. They seem strict on rules around here so I am pretty sure its non-negotiable but Im ok with it! Im sure they wouldnt mind giving more info if you have questions. Please know, Im such a lovable dog and with basic rules and structure I will make an amazing pet. We would prefer someone with basic dog training knowledge or would be willing to learn to keep up with Baltos training. Please consider this beautiful boy!
