Senior dogs receive extra bloodwork and we try to do dental cleanings on any dogs that need them. Most of the dogs in our care are crate-trained and cat tested. We test with kids when we can. Our process can seem involved and long - we appreciate your patience. Adopting a dog is not like buying a candy bar in the checkout lane; it should never be a last-minute decision or one that is not fully thought out. Ziggy, 5, is an all-around good dog. He’s lived in a home and is used to dog beds, leash walks, and the company of other dogs. You won’t find an easier dog to take care of than Ziggy. Ziggy tested positive for heartworms.
