Sweet ARCHER is a gorgeous mixed breed boy looking for a codependent relationship. He's a 39 lb. 5ish year old guy, our best guess on breed is a red heeler/beagle mix. Archer's happy place is with his trusted people. He's timid in new situations and with new people and will never be a social butterfly, he is best suited to a quiet home with the people he loves best. Archer isn't particularly interested on other dogs and would be perfectly content to live life as an only dog. Archer is housebroken and well behaved. If you'd like to meet Archer, please fill out a dog adoption application at dreamhouserescue. We are happy to arrange a private meet with an approved adopter. You can meet Archer at our weekly adoption event, Saturday noon-2 at PetSmart Eastgate. All of our fully-vetted adoptable dogs go to prospective homes for a one-week trial period to make sure the dog and home are the right fit before an adoption is finalized. We only adopt dogs into homes where all current pets are spayed/neutered and current on vaccines and heartworm and flea and tick prevention. We do check veterinary references to make sure adopters are compliant with standard veterinary care. Our adoption fee covers the dog’s veterinary care, including spay/neuter surgery, vaccines, microchip, deworming, flea and tick prevention, heartworm prevention and any other needed veterinary care. A deposit is required to take a dog home for a trial period. The deposit will be applied to the dog’s final adoption fee
