Boxer Dog for Adoption in Austin, Texas, 78761 USNickname: Stormy Posted Breed: Boxer. 10/16/2024 Stormy is an owner surrender looking for a new home. Hi! My name is Stormy! I am a beautiful 8 month old reverse brindle girl that is an owner surrender due to my owner moving out of state to an appartment that doesn't allow dogs. I am described as friendly, active, smart, playful, and affectionate! I am still a puppy so if left unsupervised, I can be mischievous and get into things I shouldn't. I also will be going 100mph and then all of a sudden I am snoring loudly on the couch. It is said that I am dog friendly and have had exposure to my owner's 3 granddogs and the neighbor dogs! The grandchildren (ages 2 and 6 years) visit me every weekend and I am great with them! I have not had exposure to cats so it is uncertain if I am feline friendly and a proper introduction would be needed. I am house trained, crate trained, doggy door trained, and at night I sleep in my crate. When the humans must be away, I am crated and do fine and occupy myself. When outside I have good behavior and do not attempt to jump fences/gates or dig, but I have learned how to open a baby gate. I get spooked by loud noises and the large deer that walk on our property. Some of my favorite things are riding in the car, play fetch, play with stuffed animals, cow bones, run in the yard, playing chase with or cuddle with the humans, and taking naps!
