Meet Payton, an 11-year-old Boxer with a gentle, loving nature and a heart full of affection. Payton enjoys attention and is just as happy relaxing in his bed as he is going for walks. He’s responsive to commands and lets you know when he needs something. Stairs aren’t an issue, though he prefers to walk beside you on the way down. Fully house-trained, Payton’s affection shines through his sweet kisses and playful head nudges. While usually calm and laid-back, he has bursts of energy and playfulness. He’s good with other dogs, and a cat test is coming soon to see how he does with feline friends. Payton is ready to meet his forever family! All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter.
