Brookie is a 2-year-old, 44 lb, short and sweet terrier mix. She came to APR when her owner could no longer care for her. She hasn't had the best start in life—she has scars on her body and needs a little TLC and time to heal. Despite her scars, she is a sweetheart full of love. She enjoys going on walks and adores getting attention. Brookie would love nothing more than sitting on your lap while you watch TV. She is friendly with other dogs and every human she meets.
