Zeus is a brown brindle Lab/Shepherd mixed breed dog who was brought back to our shelter (through no fault of his own) after living with his previous owner for 2 years. He is a very loyal and happy-go-lucky guy who just wants to be near his human! Zeus is very timid right now as he is still adjusting to life in the shelter, so he may need some time to warm up to you before going home. He knows how to sit and lay down, and he gets along well with cats and children, but he has never been around other dogs. His estimated date of birth is 9/12/2021.Our adoption fee is $125 for small breed dogs under 20 pounds and $100 for all other dogs and cats unless otherwise noted in their bio. Every pet available for adoption is current on shots spayed/neutered, and microchipped. You may submit an application online for pre-approval and to set an appointment or you can visit the shelter Wednesday - Sunday from 11am - 5pm. Please note that the kennels close for pet viewing at 4:30pm.Adoption processAn application must be submitted. If approved, the adoption fee averages $100. This includes basic shots, worming, microchipping, spay/neuter, and in some cases heartworm treatment.Shelter location14600 Colonel Glenn Rd, Little Rock. Our hours are generally 11:00 - 5:30 Monday through Saturday, 11:00 - 5:00 on Sunday.
