She is only about 42 pounds.Adoption processWe only place dogs in forever homes after... -Adoption Application (You can fill it out on www.lnrrescue.com)-Home Check-Vet Check (All current dogs in the household have to be UTD on shots and on Heartworm prevention as verified by a vet)-Adoption Agreement, which includes if for any reason you are unable to keep the dog, he/she is to be returned to L & R Rescue only.-Adoption fee
