Hi friends! My name is Cesar! I am a handsome, 5-year-old Dobie that was surrendered to the shelter because my owners did not have the time to give me the proper exercise and training that I need. I am a very high energy boy that loves all people! I just can get a little nervous around little kids - not to mention I may be too much for them anyway! I don't seem to mind the dogs here at the shelter, and I did live with one in the past and was friendly with them. I would love a family that can give me consistent training and exercise to help get out my energy! I am not a great walker yet, I will pull and am very strong, but maybe some training classes or someone willing to work with my on it one-on-one would help! I am such a sweet boy! I just need someone to give me the time and patience I need to be the best dog I can be! Maybe that's with you?
