Cesar is around 3 years old & he is a shihtzu mix. He is neutered, microchipped & vaccinated. He weighs around 20lbs.Cesar is a very well behaved boy & good listener. He gets along with other dogs & doesn’t mind cats. He goes potty outside by being let out. He is mellow & goes with the flow. He needs practice walking on a leash/harness. He is still working on his potty training. He will need consistent grooming (every 6-8 weeks).
