Chow Chow-Retriever Mix Dog for Adoption in Cuba, New York, 14727 USNickname: Hanna Chow Dog Breed: Chow Chow / Retriever / Mixed (medium coat). Hana was born around June 22, 2024, and might top out in the 60-pound range when done growing. She was found by a local dog control officer, and when no one came looking for her, Joyful was happy to find her a perfect home. We feel Hana has a lot of Chow Chow in her and probably a dozen other breeds mixed in. Hana has the characteristic black spots on her tongue and amazingly thick, luxurious fur. We will be looking for a home with Chow Chow experience as they can be a challenging breed and need to be properly socialized throughout their lives to ensure they are a well-balanced family member. You will have normal puppy training work to do but she is a very smart girl and eager to please and she is so worth it!! The Adoption Fee for this dog is $500.00 Adoptions fees vary based on adoptability. In general our fees include spay/neuter, all age appropriate vaccines, Home Again micro-chipping & registration, worming & flea control - a "complete" pet. We accept CASH or Visa/Mastercard ONLY. Joyful Rescues has no funding except for our adoption fees and miscellaneous donations. Pet care and vet bills are expensive - you must be ready to take on this financial (as well as emotional) responsibility. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO ADOPT A DOG FROM JOYFUL RESCUES We keep our pet list as up-to-date as possible. As soon as a pet is adopted, it is removed from the list.
