Winslow came from a girl in Morgan City who apparently does this a lot, according to Alyssa with Aviary. She adopts dogs and then begs a rescue to take them after neglecting them. Winslow was covered in urine and feces when he was picked up. She said he'd throw up every time he ate and was losing weight - yet couldn't bother to take him to a vet or drive him to us. He hasn't thrown up once since being put on a quality food. He does inhale his food, so he requires a slow feeder.
