She was so petrified she had to be trapped. Her fosters have done a great job working with her but she is still a shy girl. She might always be on the more reserved side. Miss Ziggy enjoys playing with dogs her size, we think she would enjoy a friend in her forever home! She is still working on her house manners but if on a schedule she does pretty good at not going in the house.
