Ember is a 4 year old, 18 pound Dachshund mix. This sweetheart is looking for a new lap. Ember loves to be with her people and follows them wherever they go. She’s willing to let you rub her belly for hours. Ember does well with other dogs and likes to play with toys. She does great in the car and is happy to go wherever you’d like to drive her. At night she sleeps with her foster parents. Ember ended up in a Missouri shelter and was positive for heartworms. The shelter treated her heartworms and adopted her. She was taken back to the shelter and they had no space so she came to us. Ember should test heartworm negative at the end of the year. Ember is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and microchipped.
