This is Earnest another one that came from the 6 dogs dumped in Fowlerville he is such a sweet boy he loves to be held and get those belly rubs. He is about 20 lbs and about a year and a half old. I'm not really by sure if he ever endured abuse but with what happened to shasta and the other dog it would not surprise us he is absolutely terrified of men. The poor boy gets right down on the ground. It's so sad. He is super sweet though and once he knows you won't hurt him he will dive right into your arms and give you all the face kisses you will ever need. His best friend here at the shelter is Kimi which is another dog that we previously posted that came from the same place. He is wonderful with cats, dogs and kids (kids who know boundaries).Adoption processWe require that if a pet doesn't work out, they be returned to our shelter.Shelter locationWe are open M-T-Th-F from 2pm-6pm and Sat from 9am-2pm.
