Hey, my name is Felix. I’m a tiny little guy that loves walks and attention. Most of all, I just love to play. I get along very well with other dogs (of all sizes) and people. I’m very happy with a tail that’s always on the move. I enjoy quiet time in my kennel, and I have yet to bark, although I do whine on occasion. I’m mostly potty trained and I love being outside. Above all, and as you can see, I’m a bundle of cuteness. I’d be a very nice addition to your home. Felix is estimated to be 8 weeks old and 4 lbs. Since we don’t know the dog’s actual genetics, this is just a guess on breed and size when grown. All dogs have had a vet examination, are up to date on all vaccinations, have been given dewormer and heartworm prevention. Dogs over 7 months have been heartworm tested. Please check our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/safehandsrescue/ for confirmed attendance the morning of the event.Adoption processWe only adopt out animals to homes within 60 miles of the Twin Cities. Our adoption process begins with the return of our pre-adoption form, available on our website. After reviewing your application a meeting is scheduled between you and the pup, sometimes in the fosters home or at a neutral dog friendly place. If any resident dogs are in your home, it is recommended that the pups meet at this time. After the meeting a home visit is scheduled and if everything goes well with the visit the adoption is finalized at that time. A home visit by one of Safe Hands representatives is REQUIRED prior to finalizing any adoption and we must meet all members of the household where the pup will be living sometime during the adoption process.Shelter locationCome on out and meet all of our great adoptable pups!!
