Meet Fella, a super cute ~12 week old neutered male lab mix puppy! He is expected to grow to a medium/large dog. Fella is a typical happy, playful pup who loves everyone! Good with dogs, cats, people, and kids. He is medically up to date (age appropriate), crate trained, and working on housebreaking. Apply to meet this sweet boy today! Adoption fees vary based on the dog and are not negotiable. As a small rescue that does not receive government funding or grants, we rely on adoption fees to stay afloat. Adoption fees help cover the following: vaccinations, wellness exams, heartworm/4DX testing, parasite prevention, spay/neuter (age-appropriate), microchipping, transport expenses, and other rescue-related overhead/administrative costs. Paws Rescue League, Inc is an all-inclusive rescue that does NOT only rescue puppies and young, healthy dogs. We make a point to also rescue seniors, dogs with special needs, moms, and other “less desirable” dogs, knowing that we will likely incur higher veterinary expenses and that these dogs may take longer to get adopted. As such, an individual adoption fee is not only reimbursing PRL for expenses directly related to that dog, but it is also helping us to continue our mission of taking in dogs that would otherwise be too much of a financial burden to save. We process applications, preform a home visit, either in person or a video call. We have a discussion with you about what you're looking for in a dog, and we work with our applicants to find the dog that will best fit their home and lifestyle.
