DOB 6-11-2024 Ferdinand is a lover! This boy was born with a deformed ear but he is still the best looking little Long Dog around. He is extremely affectionate, loves to cuddle, gets along with others, loves to play and social. Adoption fee is 850.00. transport fee is 165.00. Our transport is HEARTS, they leave every 2 weeks. The first step in the adoption process is to fill out an online adoption application. You can find a copy of that application here. We sometimes receive a lot of interest on an animal and can't always reply to each email in a timely manner. An application does not obligate you to adopt from us, but it does show that you are serious about the adoption process. Please remember we are all volunteers. After you submit your application please allow a few days for a volunteer to review your application. During this time your vet reference will be checked and a volunteer with determine if it is the best match for you and the animal. Applications are not approved on a first come, first serve basis. We match up the best home for the animal, so even if the pet has other applications, this does not mean he/she will be adopted to that home. Once your application has been approved a volunteer with contact you to set up a phone interview. Thank you for considering adoption.Shelter locationWe are a volunteer-based program. Most of our dogs come from the heavily overpopulated southern states, usually from Arkansas. We use Alpha Dog Transport to get your new family member home to you. They are wonderful, and we would not trust anyone else with our babies.
