Flame is a dachshund mix who was abandoned by her family and picked up by Animal Control. She is absolutely fabulous! She loves to play with other dogs her size, which is under 20 lb, and would make a wonderful addition to a family with older children who are VERY respectful of dogs and have been raised around dogs. She's so sweet and cuddly when you want to be and playful when you want. She's good on a leash and could live in an apartment. Being a young girl, she needs a young person(s) to live her long life with. She would be fine in an apartment and would prefer a home with another dog her size to play with or someone home a lot, like working from home or working different shifts or working part-time. She would be fine if she had another dog to keep her occupied, though. She's in boarding and really needs a foster home so if you're looking for a foster to adopt situation, this girl would be great.
