Freebird was the dog that had been dumped near a busy interstate. One of our Ruff Love volunteers heard about it, and worked to rescue the dog. The dog was afraid and wouldn't come to people, so Stacy set a trap. The dog became accustomed to her being nearby, and after 6 days of patience and love, Stacy was able to get this pup. She named him FREEBIRD. Freebird has received vet care, good food, patience and love, and now he is ready for his forever home. He's a German Shepherd mix. The vet estimated date of birth is 11/22/2022. He weighs 56 pounds. He's goo with other dogs. He's getting used to cats; he is curious about them, but not aggressive. ~Adoption donation $300 . All vetting is up to date. Microchipped and neutered. Also on flea/tick and heartworm preventative.
