Name: El Camino Best Guess for Breed: German Shepherd/Shepherd mix Best Guess for Age: 11 months as of 10/21 SEX: Male Approximate Weight: 50 lbs Gets Along With: Other dogs! We haven't seen him with kids or cats but he can be tested Special Considerations: Because El Camino is shy, he needs to go to a home with a confident, welcoming resident dog. We would be cautious placing El Camino in a home with children under 12 years old because young kids can often scare shy dogs with their level of energy or noise. Children would need to be supervised closely to not leave doors open and should never walk the dog without an adult holding the leash. We would be happy to discuss this more in depth with any applicant. Currently Living at: DC area foster home El Camino is Looking For: His forever home! This sweet gent needs a new home through no fault of his own. He's eager to once again have his own humans - German shepherds are known for being quite attached to their people!
