Gracie is 2 1/2 years old (born April 2022), and a mixed breed, probably Dachshund/Chihuahua. Surrendered to our shelter when owner couldn't keep her. Coloring is sort of brownish tan with black highlights. Weighs about 13 pounds and is a very timid dog, in need of a patient, loving home. Gracie is shy and skittish around new people and new environments. She needs a calm, understanding family who can provide the stability and security she craves. We think she could be a wonderful and loving pet. Please come meet her at Amarillo SPCA, 11901 S. Coulter. Open Tues.-Sat. from 12 to 5 p.m. 806-622-XXXX.
