Meet Honeydew!Honeydew is a 1-year-old American Staffordshire Terrier!Honeydew was brought to Fox Valley Humane as a stray. Upon intake it was observed that Honeydew had obtained injuries to her rear legs, it is suspected she was struck by a car. After doing diagnostic images it was determined that Honeydew would need an FHO surgery, which is a procedure that removes the femoral head and neck of the femur to eliminate bone-on-bone contact of the hip. Because of this surgery Honeydew needs a home that can help her heal to be the best playful girl she is!Honeydew is just as sweet as her name suggests and promises to be your perfect pet!**Honeydew is not currently being housed at the shelter.
