This dapper gentleman is Ike. He is 10 years old but no one told him so we are keeping that a secret! Ike's owner fell ill and was no longer able to care for him.In his foster he is having fun playing with other dogs but any youngsters that want to play too rough and bump into him are a bit much for Ike.Ike prefers to snuggle with his people rather than out playing with other dogs.He is great on a leash but still at 84 pounds (and could stand to have a few more) he will be a lot to handle if he wants to pull you somewhere.Ike had never been around cats before so we did a quick cat test which he passed. That's not to say if he lived with a kitty that he may change his mind about them.Ike needs a nice quiet home to retire and be spoiled.If you have any questions or would like to adopt Ike, please reach out to the adoption group directly.
