Iris is a three month old puppy from Athena's litter. Early on she and the rest of the litter got sick with parvo, but all battled back and are stronger than ever. She has been in one of our best puppy foster homes, and she is housetrained and crate trained, but she will need someone with time and patience to continue her training.If you would like to foster to adopt Iris, please go to www.atlantalabrescue.com to fill out an application. FROM THE FOSTER: Iris is about 14 weeks now, she got held up due to the parvo but has gotten a lot of extra training. She plays well with dogs. Loves to fetch and play with toys. She also enjoys the water, so she has good lab instincts. Sweet temperament and will let you hold her on her back to rub her tummy. She loves to nap with someone as well. She’s following a pretty good routine by staying out all day and sleeping in the kennel all night. Going potty outside every time we take her. She’s a beautiful dark black with a white blaze on her chest. She’d be good with kids, but with a family that understands training a puppy.
