Meet Jacob! A playful one-year old, 40 lb, lab-type mix. He loves to play and has been great with other dogs. He is shy initially with people, but another dog helps his confidence immensely! He has been submissive but persistent to get his foster siblings to play! He sleeps all night quietly in his crate and seems perfectly house trained. He can be left alone without issue. We are working on leash manners and confidence in public. Www.mountainrottierescue.netAdoption processOur adoption process begins with filling out an adoption application. We require 2 personal references, a vet reference, a phone interview and a home visit will be conducted before any adoptions are finalized. All our dogs are vaccinated, spayed & neutered, Heartworm tested & on prevention & microchipped.
