Sweet Jenny is a beautiful, approximately 2 year old Jack Russell Terrier mix who was rescued as a stray. Jenny has been staying with us until she was ready to be adopted and that time has come! Jenny, we believe, was an only dog in her past home and would make a great only dog now. She gets along well with other dogs other than trying to boss around other female dogs in our home, but tends to be happiest playing alone with her toys. She loves toys, playing fetch, and sitting and snuggling in your lap whenever she can. She is working on house training and is making great progress! I would estimate 80% trained. Jenny sleeps in a crate at night and then uses the crate as a safe place during the day. She also eats in her crate since we have other dogs and she can get pretty excited about trying to eat the other dogs food. This is probably from having been hungry as a stray. Jenny is full of energy and loves going outside to run and play, so a fenced area would be great. She does pretty well on a leash but it's obvious she has had little training. Her main choice always is to be inside, snuggled in your lap or playing with her toys. Jenny is current on all immunizations, spayed, and microchipped. She is on flea, tick, worm, and heartworm medications. She weighs 11.2 lbs. Beautiful, sweet and ready to give you her heart!
