Kiefer is a playful pit bull mix puppy who’s confidence will be a great addition to any family! Kiefer was found on the side of the road with his siblings, they were found covered in mange and tested positive for Parvo. Fortunately, he and his siblings were able to receive treatment and he is now learning how to live his best puppy life! Kiefer is a ball of energy! Nap time is great and he loves to cuddle, but he can’t stay still for too long, he is a typical puppy! Kiefer is a dog's dog, he needs another dog in the house to show him out to be a good boy and learn the ropes of life as a pup. Kiefer is a typical puppy, so when around kids, it's best that the children understand how to appropriately interact with a dog. Kiefer is working on learning tricks, commands, and crate training with his foster family so he is ready for his furever home! Will it be you? Three words to describe Kiefer? We require an adoption application to be completed in its entirety. Any application with questions not answered fully will not be considered complete and will not be processed.2. We check your references and process your application.3. Phone/email interview - we notify you that we have received your application and go over any areas of concern or speak to you more about the dog in which you are applying for.4. Set up a meet and greet - this can be at an adoption event, in your home or at the fosters home. 5. Pet meet and greet - we make sure your current pets and your potential new family member are a good match! If you are adopting a dog that is currently with either of our trainers, we will have you bring your dog(s) to our trainer for the meet and greet. **We will not adopt a dog into a situation we do not believe the dog can handle. The dogs are our #1 priority.6. Finalize the adoption - sign the adoption contract and pay adoption fee - we accept cash or check. Your adoption fee covers all vaccinations, fecal test, heartworm test, etc as well as spay/neuter and microchipping.
