First off, just look at that adorable face and smile! This 4.5yr old boy is such a ham! Kong's favorite things are stuffed animals. He loves to play fetch with them, tog-o-war or just entertain himself with them. He enjoys a good snack here and there but can be a bit choosey on his snack selection. Kong did live with other dogs but prefers his size or smaller. We haven't seen him with kids/cats yet but definitely can try! Adoption fee is $175 plus tax. Find us on Facebook to be updated on events and shelter news! All animals up for adoption at the Hawk Creek Animal Shelter are spayed/neutered, microchipped, heartworm tested negative (if age appropriate), up to date on vaccinations (a booster may be needed), given flea and tick preventative, given heartworm preventative, dewormed, and treated for anything necessary: such as dental cleanings, ear infections, etc. Please visit our website for prices and more information about our hours. No pre-applications are accepted, please come to the shelter with your family with no appointment needed. If you have another dog, we'd like an appointment to do a meet and greet with your other dog.
