She barks when she sees them playing. She loves to snuggle up next to anyone... she tries to play, but you can tell she hasn't had much experience. Her previous situation has limited her experience and exposure other animals & children. The only quirk I can think of other than being cat reactive is that if you try to physically move her by pushing gently on her - she does NOT like that. Instead, if you need her moved, use commands or put a leash on her and she will follow you anywhere.
