Leo is a two year old border collie mix who was found standing in the highway wearing a collar and leash. He was a bit frightened but was only minimally injured. Leo weighs approximately 30 lbs. he had a short tail. Leo appears to be crate trained and housetrained. He did well in the finders house with other dogs. He had been neutered, is heartworm negative and had proheart 12.
