Lyla is dog selective and kid age 7 tested positively. She is scheduled for spay surgery July 8th. She is highly trainable, treat and attention motivated. She is very fast at learning agility commands and would be the next champion, kid you not. Transferred in on June 7th. Excellent leash walker. Very loyal, but guarded due to history of abuse. Warms up very quickly with treats. Very well behaved at Animal Veterinary Hospital in Ashland, OR. Fully vetted. HW and parasite negative. On HW prevention and flea tick prevention. Free lesson provided. Will also provide discount boarding. Travels well in cars and will climb it up to the crate!! Loves long walks/jogs.Adoption processThe initial phone interview is most important. Then, the interested adoptee can visit the pet and our facility to see if a good match.Shelter locationThe dogs can be met by appointment only.
