Meet Mae Mae, after coming into her foster home she began as a pretty skittish lady. While there are times when she is still hesitant of her new life she is very treat motivated and her foster mom quickly became one of her best friends. When she's comfortable around her new family she'll follow like a puppy around the house and outside. She has no issues going to the bathroom outside but she will need some help on the leash. She may have been yanked around in her previous home so she's a little worried she'll get pulled hard during walks. She does not pull at all but will stop to sit while walking if the leash has any resistance. She does get territorial over food with other dogs but has no issue with people handling her food. She loves grabbing toys from the toy box and keeping them close to her and she is always very happy to see when her foster parents come home from work. If you're looking for a quiet guard dog that will love you completely if offered some table scraps she would make a perfect puppy for your home. MaeMae is being fostered in VA Beach, if you are out of state we do require you to come to Va where the pup is.
