Maggie’s journey began in Louisiana, where she found herself in a shelter just as a hurricane was approaching. With the threat of flooding, the shelter urgently needed to find homes for the dogs, and Maggie was lucky enough to find a wonderful foster family who gave her a safe haven until she made the journey to New York. Now safe and sound, Maggie is thriving in her foster home, where she lives with kids and other dogs. True to her sweet nature, she loves everyone she meets—humans and pups alike. Maggie’s gentle and affectionate personality shines through, making her the perfect addition to a family looking for a loyal companion. This resilient girl is ready to put her past behind her and start a new chapter with a forever family.
