MILKSHAKE Australian Shepherd Adult Female
Its summer and we know you want a milkshake. Cold, creamy, and bursting with flavor! Now, imagine going to get a milkshake....with a dog named Milkshake! This is Milkshake, and she brings all the adopters to the yard. Milkshake had a rough start in life but she is absolutely thriving with the love and consistency of her foster home. She is a smart, quick learner and she is very eager to please so we cant wait to see the strides shell make with her new family. See her soaking up the country air here https://youtu.be/qTYffe_Gmzo! Milkshake has gone from spending her life alone outdoors to living in a home. Thanks to the dedication of her foster family, she is quickly learning rules and manners. Within days she has learned to paw at the door to go potty outside, walk marvelously on a leash, and she voluntarily spends time in her kennel. She is also working on basic commands. Any undesirable behaviors (for example, pulling on leash or putting paws on counter) have been met with a firm no and she has not done it again. She is learning what it means to be a pet and wants to make you happy. Milkshake is a tank full of love and shell gladly show you! She is very strong and can sometimes knock you off balance with her affection. Because of this, she would do best in a home with kids over 12. She currently lives with kids who are eleven and 15 and she adores them. She also does well with dogs and she leaves cats alone. Because of her playfulness and size, we recommend Milkshake goes to a home with larger dogs. Milkshake needs a fenced yard and she would love an active family who will play with her and give her chew toys to keep her busy when she is inside. If you take a chance on Milkshake were sure youll find a friend for life!Milkshake is a female Aussie/Terrier mixture, weighs 57 and is approx 2 years old. She is spayed, vaccinated, micro chipped, given flea/tick preventative, dewormed. Milkshake received life-saving treatment for heart worm disease. She will need to remain on heart worm preventative for life, as is recommended for ALL dogs, and retested in 6 mnths to ensure she is heart worm free..
