- Mix Dog for Adoption in Bountiful, Utah, 84010 USNickname: Savannah Posted Breed: Akbash / Great Pyrenees (medium coat). What happens when a shelter has a policy that says, if you've been at the shelter for 90 days you're time is up?? For Savannah it meant she was going to be euthanized. She had been labeled dog aggressive by the shelter and our pleas for an "only dog" home were not finding the right person to help her. An 11th hour eval showed a different girl than what we'd been told, not dog aggressive at all. Once pulled from the shelter and waiting for transport we were even happier to see an absolutely wonderful girl who loves other dogs, and cats! Savannah is about 2 years old, spayed and UTD on shots. She loves people more than anything, she wants all the affection she can get! Savannah is good with other dogs, and cats. She is great on a leash and good in the car. She does need some work with her manners, specifically jumping up. She gets so excited with people! This sweet girl is being fostered in MT
