Here is what the staff has to say about me: Poor Appa was given up because his owners were moving. He was heartbroken at first but has since adjusted to being a jailbird. He is a calm and well mannered dog that has beautiful eyes. Appa means "father" but that isn't what is going to be in his future since he is neutered. Appa is around 5 years of age and 36 pounds.
