Nitro was a Breeder Surrender.Things you should KNOW about adopting a Pupy Mill Dog. Most spent all of their days confined to a small, cold wire cage in a dark, foul-smelling building.. Rarely removed from their cage for exercise or socialization, they was forced to produce one litter after another with no respite.These dogs are rarely socialized, are NOT house trained, NOT leash trained, rarelyplay with toys. (Remember, EACH dog is different, EACH dog has their own story, some far worse than others. For this reason we do not adopt our "Puppy Mill" dogs to a home with small children/grandchildren. (under 8) We DO KNOW that with TIME, LOVE and PATIENCE they will someday become the amazing dogs they were always meant to be.PAW Animal Shelter is a high intake No Kill Shelter ran by a staff of 4. If you have applied for an animal in our facility and have not received a response within 7 days, PLEASE call or contact us again. Though we do our best in trying to answer all emails in a timely manner, sometimes things get away from us, get lost or misplaced.
