Hello Northeast people, I’m a handsome Doberman Pinscher mix named Norris. I am a mid-sized boy who doesn't shed, 1 year old and 40 lbs and somehow I ended up in a NYC Animal Shelter sitting on death row. This was definitely not how I expected my life to go because I’m nice and friendly and should be someone’s forever dog. Thankfully, 4 Little Paws Rescue bailed me out and now I’m having fun and making friends in my new foster home in Connecticut. My foster mom says I get along great with everyone, and am a little shy with strangers but warm up quickly. I’m great with other dogs, enjoying an active playtime and fun games like tug-o-war and fetch, and I've learned some commands like sit, lay down, and give a paw, so I’m obviously smart! I love affection and praise, pets and attention and I love to be with my people, going for walks, playing in the yard, or just spending time together. I’m very well potty trained, only bark to alert, fine in a crate, sometimes sleeping in my crate and sometimes in bed with my foster mom. We adopt in many different states along the East Coast. Transport costs are included in the adoption fee.
