Nutmeg is a beautiful Rottweiler mix that is currently being fostered with one of our dog trainers. She is guessed to be around 3 years old.She has had a challenging life and deserves nothing but the best Furever Home. She had eye surgery and it's healed nicely. She has a very young playful energy. She loves people and enjoys being cuddled. She is fully kennel trained and loves her kennel if you feed her something yummy when you put her in. She loves to be out in the yard and is potty trained at her foster mom's house. She enjoys chewing on sticks, bones and tug ropes. She is pretty good on the leash but she will need someone that will continue to put in the time to train her basic obedience. There are lots of other dogs at her foster moms house so we know she is dog friendly, her foster doesn't have any cats but thinks she would be fine with them if introduced properly. She is pretty big and strong so her foster mom thinks she would do better in a home with adults or older kids only. Please consider this adorable girl, who has gone through a lot, as a part of your new family. She deserves all the kindness in the world and will give you a lifetime of love. She has so much to give and is looking for her FurEver Home. Her foster mom is located in Fort Collins Colorado and wants to find an adopter who is willing to help her with basic obedience training either with in person, or virtual training session(s). She will provide a discount on training.
