Hi friends! My name is Oliver! I'm a young, energetic, 2-year-old male mixed pit bull breed who loves being active. I enjoy playing with my paw siblings, hiking, and fetch. I am intelligent, love puzzle toys, and am attentive with a treat in hand. I am currently in classes to become more confident and well-behaved. Being outdoors is my favorite, whether basking in the sun or rolling in the grass. I am learning to walk on a leash and heel for short periods. I can be anxious in new locations and need a patient advocate to help me feel safe. Although reactive towards strangers and dogs, I am not aggressive and have no bite history. I am friendly with familiar kids and dogs and am learning to improve my manners with adults. I am looking for a forever home with a big yard and a family who will show me love, patience, and embrace my funny quirks. Could you be my forever family?Adoption processWe have an application process which can be found on our website. Once we assess the application if all goes well then we set up a home check. If this goes well then we have an adoption agreement form that must be read, signed, and complied.Shelter locationSan Diego...all in various foster homes.
