PANDA GIRL-FOSTER NEEDED! Husky Adult Female

Panda Girl is a beautiful Husky mix girl that needs a break in her young life. This 2-3 year old girl that weighs 48 pounds was brought in to a small town shelter after being abandoned in a dirty kennel and left outside with no food or water with 2 other dogs. Abandoned and hungry and neglected, this girl has languished in the shelter now for 9 long months. Small concrete cells are what the dogs stay in (4X 6) and for short times during the week she is allowed outside in the play yard with other dogs. She does extremely well being friends with all who come and go. Yes, she watches as other dogs get out and yet there she sadly sits. She would be a devoted companion to any family. She is good with other dogs and good with all people she meets. Can anyone consider adopting or even fostering?
