Parker would thrive in a home with someone who is retired or has plenty of time to spend with him. He doesn't have a concept of play yet and is still learning what to do with balls and dog toys, but with patience and love, he may start to enjoy these activities. Parker shows signs of past trauma, like whimpering in his sleep and twitching, so he needs a compassionate and understanding owner who can provide a calm and stable environment.
