Animal Profile: Pedro is an estimated 4-month-old mixed breed -- possibly Doberman with Shepherd -- who was found in San Bernardino county as a stray with no collar and no chip. He was very emaciated and with the city shelter at 4x capacity stray hold was completed while he Pedro stayed with the finder. He has done well with her dogs and kids, but still needs to gain weight. He's joining Dog Gone Seattle and we will share more info as we get to know him in foster care! Foster Update: Pedro is one awesome dude! Though he is still just a pup, he is so smart and eager to please. He loves playing with the resident dogs in his foster home, and has picked up the daily routine very easily. Pedro is working on all of his basic manners (sit, down, and leash walking) and doing great! He sleeps soundly in his crate through the night, and has not had potty accidents in the house thanks to a consistent schedule. Pedro does great in the car, and loved adventuring at the beach. We think he is going to make an excellent companion for one lucky family. Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $550, which includes spay/neuter, current core vaccinations per AVMA standards, negative heartworm test and microchip with lifetime registration.
