We think he was dumped with several other dogs like him. He is a very timid boy who needs a lot of work in the confidence department. Right now he is not comfortable accepting pets from his foster mom but is starting to accept treats from her. He likes to be near his people but is working on touch being okay and comfortable for him. He does good with other dogs and would do best in an adoptive home with another confident dog present to help him feel more comfortable. He does howl when not near another dog or human so no shared walls for him. He is working on potty training. Snickers is a flight risk and will need an adoptive home who can keep him safe and secure at all times, he must always be leashed when outdoors, even if in a fenced in area. Snickers would do best in an adult only home that is a relaxed calm environment. Snickers is from Texas.
