You must have a valid drivers license to apply. We do not do home checks. Adoption fees are $35 for dogs/pups, $25 cats/kittens and $150 for horses. Effective Monday, August 17,2015, LAFAYETTE ANIMAL SHELTER & CARE CENTER will begin accepting VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER credit cards. There will be a 2.5% surcharge/convenience fee added to your total.
